Services are billed on a weekly basis as per the chosen plan.

Payments must be made on time to avoid service disruption.

7. Limitation of Liability

Breaches caused by third-party software or platforms integrated with user systems.

Downtime or loss of business due to scheduled maintenance or unforeseen technical issues.

8. Termination

SiteFort reserves the right to terminate services if:

The user breaches these Terms and Conditions.

The user engages in illegal activities using SiteFort’s services.

Users may terminate their subscription with a 14-day notice. All fees up to the termination date are non-refundable.

9. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to resolve it through negotiation.

If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the laws of Dominican Republic.

SiteFort reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions. Users will be notified of significant changes through email or service announcements. Continued use of services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
